Sapixcraft r1.2a — Visual tweaks & particle polish

This update is a smaller follow-up to Mounts of Mayhem, focusing on visual tweaks, particle improvements, and environmental polish!

I'm planning to roll out smaller but more regular updates like this going forward, so expect more frequent refinements and experiments across the pack.

• Fixed Moon Phases for Minecraft 1.21.11 + added a subtle blue tint
• Updated End Portal visuals (inner part of portal)

• Fully redesigned Campfire smoke
• Added Potion Effect particles
• Firefly particles are now pentagonal
• Entity & dropped item shadows are now pentagonal
• Added Enchanted Hit particles

• Refined Critical Hit particles
