Custom sugar cane + lightning rod models, golden dandelion, copper & iron bars pass, and Respackopts support.

This update brings custom models for sugar cane, lightning rods, and a full pass on bars — with reworks to match across the board.

I've also added native Respackopts support (a mod that lets you toggle individual pack features in-game without editing any files). More toggles may follow in future updates!
