New glass and added redstone lamp and more.

In the eighth release of SapixCraft for 1.13 we added the redstone lamp texture, changed the glass texture and fixed some bugs.

Added things:

• redstone lamp
• frosted ice

Changed things:

• cactus
• glass
• glass pane top
• all glass colors
• chest color
• the weight of gravel textures

Bug fixes:

• Fixed bug where gravel texture would be broken.
